St. John Bosco’s educational philosophy, known as the Preventive System, emphasizes Reason, Religion, and Loving Kindness as guiding principles to touch the hearts of young people and lead them toward holiness. Though more than a century old, this timeless approach continues to inspire and shape the spirit of Villa Madonna today.

Don Bosco's Four Elements of Education
St. Don Bosco believed education was a matter of the heart. He made sure these four elements were present in every Salesian mission that works to growth of the whole child:
A Home that welcomes, fostering belonging and mutual respect
A School that educates for life, emphasizing academic achievement and moral integrity
AChurchthat evangelizes
And a Playgroundwhere children have fun, and friendships flourish
Whether in the classroom, during recess, or in the chapel, students feel at home and have opportunities to grow--all while having fun. Once a Salesian, always a Salesian!
Meet the Sisters
The Salesian Sisters carry forward the mission of their founders in today’s world.
They embody the Salesian spirit and share it with young people in every setting—whether on the playground, in the chapel, or in the classroom.
Do the right thing, at the right time, for the love of God!
