Should a seat become available, we will contact you directly. If you already have a child enrolled at Villa Madonna Catholic School, every attempt will be made to admit a new sibling.

3. Student Assessment
After your application has been submitted, your student will come in for a student assessment. This in-person academic evaluation provides our teachers with the opportunity to assess your child’s reading, writing, and mathematics proficiency. Students may also elect to participate as an “Eagle-for-the-Day,” shadowing a class to spend the day as a Villa shadow student.
Assessments for the 2026-27 academic year are ongoing, though grades may be filled, and open spots are limited.
Assessments for the 2027–28 academic year will begin early 2027 and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Villa siblings are given priority. We encourage families to submit applications early in order to secure the earliest possible assessment date.
All assessment results are carefully reviewed by the Director of Admissions, the classroom teacher, and the principal. After General Enrollment opens in January, assessment results are typically shared within 24 hours to 2 business days after the assessment. -
