2. Application
Please Note: Application ≠ Immediate Enrollment
2025-26 School Year: Please call 813-229-1322 to inquire about mid-year transfers.2026-27 School Year: We are currently accepting applications for grades EC3-7th.
*K, 1st, 4th, and 6th will be placed on an automatic wait list until class availability is determined*During your application you must submit the following documents:- Child’s birth certificate
- Current Florida State School Entry Health Exam and Immunization Record
- Two years of report cards from the most recent grade levels (if applicable)
- Two years of standardized test scores from most recent grade levels (if applicable)
- Copy of any support forms or guidance reports you may have from your child’s previous school or from a specialist (if applicable)
- Copies of referrals, services or testing documentation (including but not limited to Gifted testing, Title 1, Speech Services, Academic Testing, Behavioral Testing, IEP, SSP, 504 Plans, etc.), if applicable
- Copy of any custodial papers or parenting plan (if applicable)
Waiting List Information
PLEASE NOTE: *Class availability will be determined after reenrollment in January. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee enrollment, or indicate a class will remain open.* If your child meets admissions requirements, but no seat is available, we will offer you an immediate spot on our waiting list. Should a seat become available, we will contact you directly.If you already have a child enrolled at Villa Madonna Catholic School, every attempt will be made to admit a new sibling.

3. Student Assessment
After your application has been submitted, the Director of Admissions will contact you to schedule a student assessment. This in-person academic evaluation provides our teachers with the opportunity to assess your child’s reading, writing, and mathematics proficiency. Students may also elect to participate as an “Eagle-for-the-Day,” spending a day on campus as a Villa shadow student.
Assessments for the 2026–27 academic year will begin in January and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Villa siblings are given priority. We encourage families to submit applications early in order to secure the earliest possible assessment date.
All assessment results are carefully reviewed by the Director of Admissions, the classroom teacher, and the principal. Results are typically shared within 24 hours for mid year transfers. For 2026-27 applicants, results will be communicated once General Enrollment opens in January/February. -
4. Enrollment & Tuition
Enrollment
Upon acceptance, you will receive an online enrollment packet to complete. It should take no longer than 15 minutes and includes tuition setup. A non-refundable $250 admission fee is required to submit the packet. Once completed, your child is officially enrolled. Welcome to Villa Madonna Catholic School!

The Salesian Sisters are committed to making a Catholic education accessible to as many families as possible, as reflected in our Tuition Package.Tuition may be paid in full or on a monthly plan. ScholarshipsFamilies may also qualify for school-based tuition assistance. Scholarships and financial aid are awarded based on need, and all financial matters are handled respectfully, discreetly, and confidentially.
